A Purpose Close to My Heart
Every great idea begins with a personal need and for me, that need was trust.
As a parent, I found myself asking the same questions so many others do, Who can I truly trust to care for my child when I can’t be there? How do I find peace of mind knowing my child is safe, happy, and nurtured?
Those questions didn’t just stay questions they became a mission.
That mission led to the birth of Trusty Nannies, Sri Lanka’s first tech-enabled nanny booking platform, created to bring together families who need care and women who have the heart and talent to provide it.
At Trusty Nannies, we exist to restore confidence in childcare by creating a community where parents feel secure, nannies feel valued, and children thrive under genuine care.
As the Founder, I am proud to create a team that shares this vision of making trusted childcare accessible, transparent, and compassionate for every family in Sri Lanka, and soon, beyond.

When I first learned about the mission behind Trusty Nannies, it deeply resonated with me. The vision to empower women to help them realize their full potential and gain financial independence through meaningful, dignified work is something I have always believed in.
Mother Nature has gifted women with an extraordinary ability to nurture, care, and connect. At Trusty Nannies, we saw an opportunity to channel those natural strengths into a platform that not only supports families but also creates real opportunities for women to thrive.
What inspired me to collaborate with the founder’s mission was the simplicity and strength of the idea to turn care into empowerment, and trust into opportunity.
Today, as part of this journey, my purpose is to continue building a community where women are recognized for their innate talents, where families feel supported, and where care becomes a source of both comfort and confidence.
